Letter of Recommendation

As a manager of Global Labeling (Siemens Healthcare Dx) and, previously, manager of Technical Publications (DPC), I have been Ramona Denton's direct supervisor for over 15 years. Ramona was always invaluable to the department, contributing greatly to successful completion of multiple large-scale projects.

She deserves credit for supervising and coordinating global and multi-language projects, creating macro tools to complete global changes with speed and accuracy, creating VBA Macro Procedures and Database Management tools to accomplish complex and repetitive tasks consistently and efficiently and to minimize manual copy/paste operations.

I began my career at DPC (later Siemens) in 1993, Ramona Denton was hired in 1996. All these years, we worked closely together on a lot of projects, and I never had a better employee and coworker. Ramona's skills, dedication, intellect and ability to learn ensured the highest quality of work and were instrumental in creating multi-language IFUs (Instructions for Use) for the IMMULITE and RIA product lines.

Ramona dramatically reduced department costs by creating time-saving automated editing tools and macros for multiple projects. Ramona is a successful project leader working well independently, with little supervision. She integrates knowledge quickly and conceptually, is a Word/Excel VBA expert, and can learn/integrate new software applications very quickly.

Ramona is highly dependable, takes pride in her work and is an excellent team leader/player. Her positive attitude and easy-going personality has made working with her a pleasure for the whole department.
